The game had somthing wrong with the artwork and not many people bought it so Atari decided to take it off the shelves...It's no longer for sale so Amazon would of said it hasn't been released due to it being taken off the shelves.Some shops still sell it if they have any left.I luckly managed to buy both games.But i have heard that Atari will release a Act of War: Gold Edition with both games in it.I think it's going to be released in January..I'm not quite sure but thats the reason.By the way go on E-Bay there's people on there selling this game smile
